Community Yard Sale Batawa will be hosting their annual Community Yard Sale throughout the village of Batawa on Saturday May 12th from 8AM - 1PM. NEW this year, The Batawa Lions will be hosting a "Moms 2 Moms Indoor Yard Sale" in the Batawa Community Centre. Trash Bash Batawa once again gears up to bash some trash on Saturday April 21st from 9AM - 1PM at the Batawa Community Centre - 81 Plant Street. Join us as we roll up our sleeves and clean up the litter in our community. Everyone who participates will receive a free BBQ lunch courtesy of the Batawa Development Corporation. Guided Nature Walk Join Batawa as it participates in the Bay of Quinte Remedial Action Plan's Osprey/Eagle Monitoring Project on Saturday April 28th from 10AM - 11:30AM at 81 Plant Street. A guided hike will include a hand on demonstration on how we can use social media and technology to help monitor ospreys and eagles in our area. Easter Egg Hunt in Batawa The Easter bunny will be coming out to Batawa on Saturday March 31st from 9AM - 12PM at the Batawa Community Centre! In it's 18th year there are lots of activities to enjoy. The iconic Easter Egg Hunt is free but registration is required. 10AM is the Junior Hunt (infant - 5 years) and Senior Hunt starts at 11:15. Enjoy an all you can eat pancake breakfast - $8 adults, $5 for children, when an adult breakfast is purchased children 4 and under eat free!. In addition, there will be balloon animals, cotton candy, a petting zoo, face painting, ident-a-child by the Q.W. community policing,
