Creating routines are an easy way to build positive habits. Your habits, good or bad, are formed by your daily routines. With a new school year underway, we fall back into our usual routines.
Make daily exercise a part of your daily routine. Walk, run, or workout. Your daily exercise routine will become a habit, a part of your daily regimen. Exercise strengthens the heart, muscles and clears the mind. It helps with weight loss, lowers the risk of many diseases such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
Let your routines become habits. After all, we are creatures of habits so make your habits good ones!

Kevin and his mom, Lenka have lived in Batawa for over 20 years. Kevin is an athletic individual with a passion for skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. Lenka enjoys a variety of outdoor activities just like her son. Kevin is educated in Kinesiology and Biotechnology, and has been actively involved with the ski hill for many years. Lenka has just retired from teaching. Together, they would like to encourage others to get active in the many outdoor activities that Batawa has to offer.
